I have a male guinea fowel who was fine one night and in the morning i found him refusing to walk unless forced. When he does walk he appears stiff and can't do it for long. He is still alert but won't make noise. His poop is watery and dark green with chunks in it. He ate yesterday but is mostly drinking today. I was syringe feeding him activated charcoal but today he drank the charcoal on his own. Could this be poision? He's not acting very lethargic he just doesn't feel like moving. Any idea?

Any pictures of him? Do you have any mold in some feed that you may not have noticed? Are there any plants or a compost bed where he could have gotten into something toxic? Could he have been injured by a rooster or other animal? It can be hard to tell exactly what is going on. The activated charcoal may help if he ate something bad. Cannyou see any wounds, swelling or green bruising on him? Is he being picked on by any of the flock? If he is not, then I would let him be with them for comfort. Place food and water in an open container close to him if he is sore, and monitor him.
