This chick's leg is like this, It feels like the tendon is running along the inside of its leg. Is there anything I can do to help, correct or make it better? Or not.

Video link below along with pix so you can see how it gets around. This is how this baby stands and rests. Yes it does have times it stands on both legs and yes eats and drinks. Sometimes together but most of the time like this. The foot/toes do not move. Thank you in advance for your help.

It appears that the leg has rotated, that can happen with a slipped tendon. It may not be fixable, but you can try. Detailed instructions and information at this link, scroll down to "fix slipped achilles tendon in hock joint":

Its foot is completely side ways and doesn't appear to be flexible. When I tape it up almost like a boot. It can stand on both legs and it appears to give the chick stability. If at any point it seems in pain then I will deal with that. So for now I have a hobbling chick.
