Is there much interest in Peacocks?

i want the white ones! i think they are called "pearl" colored. they are so pretty but I have no where to put them. and in tight $$$ times like i think i am coming into, i don't have the ability to get them now, but some day maybe.

Nope, they're just called white. Whoever called them pearl was really trying to rip you off. Normally around $100 for a male, $150 for a female.

I went to a chicken swap last fall and sprang for two half grown pea chicks. Looks like I got lucky and have a pair! The male is pied and the female white. Can't wait for next year!

Right now the male is just figuring out he's a boy. He dances and tries to court his lady friend but she just looks at him like he's lost his mind.
