Is there something wrong with my hen?? She’s been like this for a few weeks she puts her head in and sleeps, but she still eats and drinks so I’m wondering if there’s something wrong with her?

She does look a bit under the weather. Parasites maybe? You could try deworming the flock. Can you feel her keel bone pretty prominently? How's her poop? Does she have a temp? Is she laying?

Thank you so much I’ll try de working the flock and hopefully is helps. She also used to be an ex battery hen so she’s done laying I think she last laid an egg about 2 moths ago. Her poop is normal I think same with her leg. So I’m going to give working my flock ago. Thanks for your advice

This is exactly what my chicken looks/acts like. She is also a golden. I’ve cleaned up her poopy butt bc I thought maybe she was blocked. But now thinking worms. What dewormer did you use? All 6 of my other hens seem fine.
