Is there something wrong with this chick's wings?

This one chick is the only one that is feathering out this way. It's almost like she's just not holding her feathers in close to herself or something. She is happy and healthy, very active, eats and drinks, definitely isn't in any pain. She's about 5 1/2 weeks old. I don't think she's sick, I just wonder if there's something wrong with her wings (like some deformity)? It's hard to see it from the pictures, but her new flight feathers all sort of stick out away from her, instead of being tucked up against her like all the rest of my chicks.

This one is blurry but shows what I mean better than the first one:

On a side note, that is still down around her neck right, so she wouldn't be ready to go outside full time yet? Our coop isn't quite done yet anyway, but I'm trying to get a sense of exactly what fully feathered out means.

One other thing, I'm actually fairly suspicious "she" is a "he". Any insight there? I've heard it's sometimes hard to tell with EE's. She is one of our favourites, so if so she (he) would be a top contender as flock rooster anyway, as long as he treated the hens well too.

I'm judging by the resounding silence that she's fine? I'm not really concerned to be honest, it's just so weird that her wings always look so much different than everyone else's. Wondering if there is something wrong with her wings, or if it's something to do with gender, or if some chicks just carry their wings like that when they first grow out.

She's fine. Sometimes the primaries grow much faster than the other wing feathers, usually in males. I'm not sure of the sex of the chick, but I have a black Orp in the brooder whose wings are just like that. Im sure mine is male. He/She could go out in a coop if there was a heat source he/she could get under for night hours.
