Is there such a thing as a frizzle turkey?

Yes, I get my turkey starter from the local feed mill. It is 28%.

I have a narrgansett that's frizzled its been on medicated turkey starter since the day it hatched!! It's feathers are even more frizzled than this one!! So it is possibly I was worrying about the poor guy!! How rare is it? This is my first time raisin turkeys!!
