Is there such thing as a naked neck SOP?

So I am in FFA and I own silkies that follow the silkie SOP and this year I want to show naked necks but I don't know if naked necks have an SOP, if they do, can you link me it?

Yes they do, but only 3 colors are recognised. White and either black, red or buff for the other 2 I believe. Not sure for bantams what colors are recognized

Oh ok. I have a black naked neck but has just a couple white feathers on the wing feathers, is that ok?

I don't think they're supposed to have any after their juvenile molt
