Is there such thing as too much Garlic?

Hello there, new chick mom here.

Have noticed our chick loves, LOVES garlic. Like will goes crazy with joy when it's near.
However I'm curious is there such thing as feeding too much garlic?
As I'm a dog mom as well and know it's not the best from them in large doses or often.

If so, what are possible symptoms that could suggest too much has been given?
[Other than death, more asking are there signs the chick will give?]

From my research when I got my two girls 2 years ago, it seems like it probably won't hurt them, but too much garlic or onion can affect the flavor of the eggs.
