Some people swear by the hovabator, but they're pretty cheap. I have lost every single batch I put into one. I've never heard of the Magifly, but I can recommend one brand, and that is Brinsea. They make several sizes, my favorite is the brinsea mini advance which holds 6 eggs. They make bigger ones too, though. My mom had one for her classroom and had a 100% hatch rate without ever having to do much besides refill the water reservoir. I used an Rcom, and also have excellent hatch rates.
