Is this a bad egg?????

So these are AYAM cemani eggs. I have 5 alive Cemani chicks running around and being chicks all happy and healthy. But I was wondering about this egg, it’s now day 22 most of the eggs have hatched but, this one is NOT moving, or pipping or even chirping. Every time I check the egg with candeling, and Everytime I gently rotate the egg, it looks very like liquid. And there’s no activity. So is this embryo dead????

That’s okay . I am grateful I have 5 little Fluff butts and there doing amazing
