Is this a Barred Rock? Marans? Dominique?

This was my free chick from Welp Hatchery. We always thought she was a BR but her eggs seem too be darker than the chart shows them being. She does have the yellow legs with black down the front as they should. Are these the normal egg color. I suppose she could be a cross. She's such a great layer and so friendly. Wanted to see what everyone thinks, as would love to get more like her if that is truly what she is. Thank You!

I would say a Dominiques it has a rosecomb

Barred Rock is a straight comb. What you have is a Domineque. They have rose combs.

Yes Dominique! Mine is so friendly too, I just love her- Her name is "Doctor" for no real reason. Yeah they lay darker than Rocks.

I have two Dominiques (Dominique and Buttercup), they are both very friendly and lay an egg almost everyday.

How old is your Dom? Nice egg color, my two pullets are only 9 months old and their eggs are much lighter in color than yours.

You have a nice looking hen, I wouldn't think that it is a cross.
