is this a barred rock still?

got a few barred rock chicks about 3 and a half weeks ago. one is growing in normal looking barring patterns but this one looks much different from any barred rock we have ever owned. is this still a barred rock?
half of her body looks like a normal barred rock but then from mid wing and up, she has this almost inverted lace looking pattern.
