Is this a barred rock

This is an out of focus picture of her as a chick it is hard to see but she had a white spot on her chest

she has some brown on her breast she may grow out of that though
she also does have some white on her wing tips
When she was a chick I was sure she was a barred rock but now not so sure if not what breed is she

Barred rocks have a white spot on the head at hatch.
This bird looks like a black sex link hen.
