I don’t see how these are a scam or a breed. It does say what you are getting. And “premium” means nothing.
I at least have never used it in advertising my standard bred chickens.

They certainly will not breed true.... It's a scam to me to call that a breed.

They're calling them exactly what you're getting. An EE. They don't breed true, that's part of why they're an EE

We may know what is meant but to a first timer they could so easily be deceived... that is my line of thought.
