Is this a Black Copper Maran?

This chick has some brown coming in around his/her neck. Is this a Black Copper Maran? S/he is almost 4 weeks old.

If it has any Maran in it..it is very little. I see brown feathering on breast..white primary feathers..and leg coloring looks off for its age. I would venture to say it is mate Barnvelder than Maran...and would say it is pullet

Hey, two out of five of my supposed 'black copper marans' look almost exactly like this one. What did it turn out to be?
