Is this a Black Copper Marans?

Just got this roo at our local feed store. He was dropped off by a breeder with too many roos. The lady at the store had no idea what he is or how old. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Not a Marans wrong kind of comb. probably a mix breed.

its got the type of a gamey comb... so could be a game cross

Do those typically have white legs like this?? The comb is really the only thing that doesn't look like a BCM.
