Is this a Blue Lemon Old English Game from Ideal Poultry?

I got this guy in a bantam assortment. I have had told people he was a blue but now he has a lot of yellow in his saddle and hackles. What do you think? He's actually quite a bit more yellow in person than this photo.

He got some frost bite this winter :-(

I suppose this could be bleaching from the sun.

He almost looks more porcelein to me, although he could be a splash lemon blue - here are some pictures of some of the colors seen in OEG's

He looks like a Self Blue to me, that has been yellowed by the sun.
