Hi my chicks will be three weeks old tomorrow and one is looking like a boy she/he is in charge and charged herself or himself in the mirror

I would guess both cockerels based on comb development.

Charging can happen with both male and female chicks. I think these are too young to sex. Six weeks is a good starting point.

A close up of the comb would help. But based on this photo it looks like a pullet so far. They're still really young, so it's hard to say for sure.
