We hatched this chick from an egg labeled “F1 olive egger”.
This chick is about 6 1/2 weeks old.
What are your thoughts on gender?

With the comb and wattle size and color for the age, there's no doubt that's a cockerel.

Where are you? Do you care if he is eaten? Craigslist works well for either case. If you wan't him to live, consider asking for a small adoption fee. They still might eat him, but at least they did not get a free meal.....

I would like him not to be eaten but I probably don’t have much of a choice
