Is this a Cochin rooster or a hen?

I was told this was a pullet when I got it. My wife swears she saw it lay a egg in the middle of the coop the other day. But this morning it was crowing like a rooster. It is definitely the dominant one out of my 7. I believe it is 6-7 months old.

Yes, I believe they are. That's about the amount of comb my 2 yr. old Serama hen has.

Could you take a closer picture of its saddle feathers? Also, it isn't a pure cochin, since it has the wrong comb and appears to have extra toes.

I'm thinking he's mostly cochin with a little bit of silkie. If he doesn't have extra toes, he could be part bantam brahma.
