Is this a cockerel or pullet

I’m going to guess cockerel. I have only had 2 Brahma one of each gender. Here is a the best picture I have of my pair at 12 weeks as you can see the pullet has almost no noticeable comb or wattles. Sorry it’s not a close up but it’s the best I have at that age.

Do you have a guess for my last question. about 2 roosters.

Leaning towards cockerel. Not sure, though.

I’m gonna say hen, the bird has rounded saddle feathers, unlike cockerels. Yes red comb and wattles but some hens are like that. Granted I’m not an expert but I’m guessing hen.

My experience with multiple cockerels is very limited. I had 2 cockerels and 9 pullets at once and I ended up re homing one they were not fighting each other a whole lot but they were being rough on the girls.

I currently have 3 cockerels and 15 pullets. The young ones are only 14 weeks old no issues yet but I’m watching them closely because I know the hormones will hit soon and it’s likely that I’ll have to make some decisions on who I allow to stay with the girls.

I’m sure someone with more experience will be along shortly with advice for you.
