Is this a cockerel? Silkie cross?

We adopted this cute chicken and I was just wondering if it's a silkie cross. Hen or Roo? About 4 months old. Thanks

Yup, it's a cross or hatchery silkie. It's satin (smooth) and has no feathers on most toes. I see hackles coming, so probably a cockerel.
