Is this a cockerel?

He or she is 3 weeks old. I only have the one and none other of this breed to compare to. Bonus points if you can tell if it’s a Mottled Ancona or Exchequer Leghorn.

I say cockerel too. I have a 7 week old baby chicken which looks like yours and don't know the breed either. Mine has a lot smaller comb and it is pale in color.

Dang. I was hoping by 7 weeks one would be able to tell the difference between the breeds but I still can’t tell with yours either!
 
I guess we will have to stay patient for a little longer. All I can say it is a white egg layer.
Yesss and the only white egg layer I got in my assorted order besides my polish 😩

Well I did get an Egyptian Fayoumi but wasn’t going to keep her because I heard they are very flighty and like to wander far.
