Is this a dead egg?????

I have 7 eggs on day 21 ( currently) & right now, I have 6 fully fluffed chicks that are healthy and have hatched. But this egg is my 7th egg under the broody AYAM cemani hen. And no signs of pipping, movement or what so ever. And the mom hen kept rolling that egg out from under her. I candled it to see what’s wrong and the egg looks like this. Is the egg a goner??????

I would say no, it is not dead. Give it another day or two, then open it if it hasn't pipped or started peeping.
