Hard to say, but that looks very similar to a line of coops manufactured by Ware:

Basically the same product is sometimes sold under different brand names. I think the coops themselves are manufactured overseas of low quality materials.

I've seen huge sheds and used coops on Craig's List for that price. For the space, that little hutch seems like a lot of money.
