Is this a diatomaceous dirt a good dewormer

SafeGuard is good. It doesn’t treat mites. Mites (and lice) are treated with permethrin spray or dust, and Elector PSP is also used.
SafeGuard Liquid Goat Wormer dosage in chickens is 0.23 ml per pound of weight given orally for 5 straight days. That will treat roundworms, cecal worms, capillary worms, and gapeworms. Having your vet run a fecal float could tell you if there are worm larvae and what kinds.
What does DE really do I have seen alot of videos about it being a good dewormer and also online but then again dont trust everything you see online well I'm going to buy safeguard also is DE good for mites and could I mix it with shaving around the coop

The claim is that DE dehydrates out the exoskeleton of the parasites, and kills them, but given that the intestines of a chicken is wet the DE wouldn't be dry in the first place. Even when applied dry to mites, and lice, it shows very little effectiveness. Microscopically, the DE (silica) particles resemble glass and can be a strong irritant to you, and especially your bird's respiratory system.

Diatomaceous Earth (DE) is ineffective for treating any sort of parasite, both internal, and external in poultry.

Thanks for the info last thing what's the best combatant against mites fleas and lice that chicken or the chicken coop could have

I've had personal experience using DE, tried it with my birds when they had lice, and it didn't work. They had lice for months and it never worked. I lost a couple. Finally gave up and bought permethrin. Worked in the 2 weeks that it was supposed to and I had healthy birds.

DE doesn't work.
Don't waste your money on it.

As @Eggcessive mentioned, a permethrin-based product generally does the job best. I personally use Premthrin Livestock spray on my birds. Dilute down the mixture per the directions, and spray each bird focusing mainly under the wings, neck, and vent area.
