Is this a female or male button quail?

I have 3 three week old button quail and I am pretty sure of the gender of two of them but one is sorta confusing.
It has a slight bib and a tiny bit of red feathering on the bottom here are a couple pictures!

P 3 weeks is pretty young. The presence of red feathers around the rump indicating male.

Red vent feathers almost always means male. This is a pic of my cinnamon male when he was around 3 weeks for comparison.

Are these any better? A can try to get some better ones of the bib but Baby is very stubborn about letting me take pictures of it!
