Looks like an adolescent raccoon, they often have muted or mottled tails until adulthood, some have melanism and lack the banded tail completely.

I can't find any images of a fisher cat that look like your photo, but perhaps I don't know what exactly to look for. The only other thing I can think of that has a black and white face with that body type would be an American badger.

This is what one looks like in your state.They look a lot like a weasel or mink in the face(have no white on the face)

I thought so too. I can’t believe it was so close. I live near a wildlife sanctuary and they are building on the other side. Thank you

Looks like it has a mask so I'd have to agree its a young coon.
