You need to rethink the whole design, IMO. You don't wand an enclosed structure in south Florida. Not enclosed with wood. You want air flow, lots of it. I have large sections of 2 walls made of hardware cloth in mine, and it's a lot colder here than where you are. All they need is shelter from wind and rain, a three sided design with the 4th side covered in hardware cloth. If it's big enough, only one side needs to be solid, the two adjacent sides being solid for 2 or 3 feet then hardware cloth.
