Is this a good coop?

I'd rather have the egg nests inside, but elevated off the floor by 18”. Don't need to worry about water leaking into them. Oh, and go bigger. Chicken math is real.
Right, but this coop is not large enough for that.

For ducks I would eliminate the protruding nest box and make floor level ones knowing that they may not ever use them.
Nests look pretty low from coop floor, but I wondered about them even getting into the coop.

True that they may not navigate a ramp well or at all with that waddle walk they do.
That's why a ground level or short hop entrance works better for them.

It is another reason I would eliminate access under the coop by lowering the coop.

I... had my COVID Booster yesterday, as did my wife, and am experiencing the usual side effects associated with a working immune system. My wife has it much worse, so I'm going to beg off today to take care of her.

Excellent advice above from @3KillerBs @aart and @rosemarythyme got right to the heart of the matter. I've never had banties, the only ducks I've ever owned are full sized pekins. They don't leave the ground, they don't use ramps, they do need relatively large, sheltered areas to nest. My suspicion, if your ducks are anything like mine, is that a rarely shaded spot of a handful of square feet marked by four legs probably will not be attractive to them as a nest location. Mine like walls on two sides. for their nests. Or they nest within wild blackberry brambles (thorns!) - never a well exposed area.

Sorry I'm not feeling better and can't offer more.
