Is This a Good Gift?

I guess my question is, does it look horrible? It is for my bestfriend whom I am very very close with, she and I have traveled together for the last 4 years and are now moving to opposite sides of the country. I made it, stained it and painted it. I wrote a very sentimental verse on the back that has meaning for both of us, she has very good taste and is very girl so I'm worried she will hate it

I didn't mention, she is an aritist, she is amazing talented! Me on the other hand, not so much lol this was a feat in itself not to mess it up.
