Don't see why it wouldn't be a good idea. Plenty of people keep mixed flocks.

You need a blue or green egg layer. Than it will be fine.

As long as the coop is big enough for 5 chickens...it'll be fine.

They keep fighting and wont let the welsummer hen get on the roost.?

How old are all the chickens?
How long have you had each of them?
How big is your coop and run(feet by feet)?
How long are your roosts?

Why not I have leg horns road island reds jersey giants and a rooster I have no idea what breed lol they all get along just fine
