Is this a good price? (Farm Innovations Incubator Model 4250)

The incubator: Farm Innovations Incubator Model 4250. Is 47.99 a good price for this incubator? I am considering buying it. It is brand new at our local Bobmgaars (originally Orschelyns). Also, if you have any reviews on this incubator please tell me. Thank you!

If so, yes, it's a good price. They sell anywhere from $149 (amazon) to $169 (TSC).

Look it all up to make sure what all comes with the one at Bobmgaars but yes, it's a good price.


There are tons of reviews online if you search. I believe a 4250 is what I have, I don't have it in front of me right now, but I've had it for several years and it's worked just fine.

I recommend that you have at least 1 separate calibrated thermometer/hygrometer, so you can make any corrections if necessary. Don't rely completely on the incubator controls to be accurate. This goes for ANY brand of incubator you purchase.

Here it is for 47.99. The staff had the wrong tag under it (for a poultry fountain) and it read 47.99. She wanted to make it right and offered me 47.99 if I buy it that week.
