is this a good show hen?

Can't tell much of anything from that singular image. Do not like the fact that her crest feathers are edged with white. Each feather should be white with black lacing, but the ones in her crest have that plus that little bit of white frosting around the edges. Yes it is a minor fault, but with this photo can't see backline, body, wings or anything else.

I think she'd be a nice bird for a local show but you would want to upgrade to higher quality for a bigger show like state.

Just because she is gorgeous doesn't mean she is show quality. The OP will need to read the Silver laced Polish's standard to determine whether or not their bird is show quality.
