Is this a hen or a cockeral? Help!

Thanks for the tag! First three photos show a cockerel.

I got them when they were 8 weeks old is what the guy at TS and I’ve had them for about a month so I’d guess 12-15wks right now

Got any pics from when you first brought them home?
It's odd for TSC to have 8 week old chicks at all. Here they mark them down to 50 cents when they hit a few weeks.

They look 5 weeks old

So they’d be 12 weeks old now

In that first baby pic I suspect a cockerel. I agree they look more like 5 weeks in the baby pics.

At 12 weeks I would expect crowing if there was a cockerel.

Keep updating this thread as they grow more please.

Not all cockerels always crow at 12 weeks, so I disagree. Mysterychicken has cockerels who have not crowed yet, at 6 months old.
