Is this a hen or a rooster?

Okay so this is supposed to be a black sexlink chicken.... don’t cockerels of this breed have spotted white feathers that come out? It’s tail looks like a rooster to me though? If it wasn’t a sexlink I would say rooster. But it doesn’t have those feathers. New this this! Thank you!

It’s a pullet. She looks old enough to have saddle feathers and pointy hackles and she doesn’t have a big crown or waddles from what I can see.
