Is this a hen or roo?

Hello, my 2 yr old RIR chicken is being confusing. Do you think you could help me figure out if its a hen or roo? Thanks so much.

I originally thought hen, but as it got older.... Well, the comb changed and so did its voice.

I am not sure, I have a lot of chickens, and its hard to tell. I don't think so.

No, not really, just has a unique voice. Not like the others.
