we are wondering if this is a hen or rooster looks like a rhode island but i dont 100% know what it is please help

How old is that bird? I'm leaning towards roo if it's really young, but if it's near 20 weeks, it very well could be a hen getting ready to lay

it is around 4-5 months old it made bad roo crows for like 3 days in the morning but we havent head it ever since but it lays down and kicks his right leg out like its doing a yoga move

I would have to say that is a hen close to laying. My RIR roo looked very much like a roo by that age(tall comb, long wattles, long tail feathers, etc.). Get ready for some yummy eggs!! Oh, and

hmm this one is kind of hard to tell, maybe a side picture would help. Or you could wait a few weeks or eggs.
