Is this a hen or rooster?

My baby Easter ever chick who is about 3 weeks old started to develope pointy tail feathers and I was wondering if that was a tell tale sign of a rooster. What do you think?

Wouldn't worry yet. The comb is still small and yellow- EE pullets' first tails can be curved and not 100% hen-like.

No cockerel tip offs yet!
