Is this a Jersey Giant

I just aquired this stunning rooster yesterday.

Does he look like a pure breed Blue Jersey Giant or a mix with something else?

The bottoms of his feet have a very faint pink to them and not bright yellow like my hens. But I have heard that could from hormones.

No. Not pure breed BJG. Not sure he's even JG. There are no red feathers (see Hackle feathers) on a JG, but there are other aspects that differ from JG with your rooster. JGs come in white, black or blue (or splash).

What aspects are different? I get the red/brown on his hackle feathers but I was told that is considered "leakage"

He is huge and is a good 4" taller than my Blue Jersey Giant hens I purchased this year. All this years hatch.

To me he looks just like the Blue Jersey Giants roosters when I google it. Even the pink in between the toes. The blues all have black backs, same comb and waddle shapes, large in stature. The only thing I see different is the the red/brown in his hackles.

So what am I missing?

A BJG male rooster (over 1 year old) should be minimum 13 lbs. 6 points on comb (yours has more), straight back. A wide spreading tail. The tail on yours is more typical Of other breeds, yet has some spread. No yellow on bottom of feet is a disqualification according to standard, if showing the bird.

Here is our past BJG, age 14 months approximately. Notice the full grown SLW behind him and the height difference. Notice the bulk of the BJG.

Here is our current BJG at 12 months. He isn’t as good of an example as the one above, however - minor issues. The pop door opening behind him is 23” high above the floor.

He is only 6 or 7 months old. He was purchased at a feed store by the people I got him from. So I would guess hatchery stock. I only got him for protection of my hens and so I can hatch my own chicks. And he is stunning to look at. I have a large flock of hens of different varieties. Brahmas, standard cochins, buff orpingtons, wyandottes, RIR's, EE's a Plymouth Rock, a silke cross, blue jerseys and a australourp.

He is handsome, and as long as he minds his manners, to you and the flock, then He will be A great asset!
