Is this a Jersey Giant??

Please help!!!! I got a bunch of chicks that were supposed to be Black Astrolorps. I originally ordered 24 unsexed from Hoover hatchery we lost some so I went to Tractor supply and they had female Astrolorps so we got 12 well I got a mixed bag as far as breed lol but this guy here is different from all the rest I'm pretty sure that it's a rooster and that he is a Jersey giant I have 2 hens that have the same leg and skin color as well. They are a bit bigger than the rest hieght wise and a bit wider in the chest than the rest and the bottomofhis feet are yellow. Pics are of him he wasn't in a very photogenic mood today if these are not good enough ill try to get better ones

Yes, he's a Jersey Giant. Also he's a male as you suspected.
You can tell the Australorps from the Jersey Giants by the soles of their feet. Australorps have white soles and Jersey Giants have yellow soles.
