It’s a cockerel. I’m not sure on the breed but it’s not a Jersey the leg color is wrong. Jersey have dark legs with yellow only on the soles of their feet

Dang. Can't have roosters. I do know someone with land who can have him be a guardian and fertilizer of eggs though. I'll wait a bit until I hear the crows and hackles.
