Is this a lash egg?

I have a hen that has been laying these kind of eggs for the last few days. They are shell-less with this accessory part on the side. I don’t see any blood or pus. The inside of the smaller section looks to be full of either egg white or mucus. My layers are about 2 years old and all are acting completely normal, so I’m not sure who’s laying these! Some of my girls are starting to molt, so maybe stress? I’ve just never had anyone lay an egg like this!

Looks like a soft shelled egg attached to a partially formed membrane. Does not look like lash material at a glance.

In order to confirm for sure you'd need to cut both sections in half and examine the inside. From your description though it's not lash material, as you did not mention anything about folds of fleshy material inside.

As the days shorten they will slow stop production of eggs usually before starting to molt.
It's not unusual to get some weird eggs during this time.
As long as they are eating/drinking/pooping/moving around OK, I'd not worry.
