Is this a louse?

What on earth are this? Can anyone help me please? I have found them in the house over the last couple of days and I suspect they are off the chickens…? They had lice but we treated them with Ivormectin (2 doses 12 days apart) but they looked different to these critters. Please see photos and help!!

Not a chicken louse - looks somewhat like a silverfish - a household pest.

Thank you for the advice everyone. After a very thorough google search I’m pretty sure it is a “Carpet Beetle.” Pic here - see what you think!

I’m incredibly relieved to know that it’s not a mite or louse infestation!!
