I'm pretty sure it is but need your opinion? It has rust colored feathers on its butt or vent area.

The only ones that get red/rust/pink vent feathers are the males. So there ya go!

Looks like a blueface to me.

The all-blue head and breast is a male trait in the bluefaces as well.
