So we thought we had three females. But this one sounds like it is crowing. I am completely new to this and don't know how to figure out if it is a male or a female. I would appreciate any help.

It don't really matter the age on this guy as he is never gonna lay eggs. Beautiful cockerel though. I have light, dark and buffs and just love this breed so much, great with adults and kids. My kids pull ours down the street in the wagon and our chickens just sit and enjoy the ride!
