Is it's call 1 syllable or 2? Females make a Buck-Wheat sound, males are 1 syllable calls

Guineas cannot normally be sexed from photos. At this time of year the best way to sex them is from their call.

Most males turn and make cups. Those are pretty large but the call is the only 100% way to be sure.

Having a hard time listening to there calls, they are all being rather quite right now. Everyone is staying in the coop, as it's -30 out.

One of the best ways to get a guinea in question to make a call is to separate it from the other guineas preferably in a place where it can't see the other guineas.
