It’s culling day for cockerels. Hubby says it’s a girl without a comb. I say boy. Can you settle the debate?

I'm voting male but don't hubby I didn't agree with him.

I reckon that’s a cockerel for sure. The hackle feathers on his neck, and also tail & saddle feathers are sickle feathers (long, shiny curved feathers with pointed ends) which are male specific.
