I have 6 cookoo Marans. One's comb has turned red while the others has not. Is he a male?

How old are they? It certainly looks like the comb is quite different on that bird...I''m trying to figure the same thing out on mine. One chick (at two weeks) has a comb, the rest really don't.

they are 3 weeks and a couple days old. This one comb's is very different from the rest.
