Is this a Marans?

How old does she look? Does she look old enough to be laying yet? Thanks for all the responses so far!

I think she looks like a cuckoo Maran. The Dominique's looked more spotty and the barred have more distinct barring marks (at least according to the mcmurray hatchery catalogue I have) most hens start laying between 4-6 months as far as I know so if she's really young, like 3 months she may not be ready to lay eggs for another month....if she's 3 years or older she may no longer lay any more eggs or production might be really low

I bought this chicken at a sale and was told it was a Marans. Just looking for some verification as to if it really is. Thanks in

From my experience, Cuckoo Marans will have pinkish legs. I am on my cell, so I can't see the pic real good.
